How do I know if my order has been placed?

For both home and trade customers, once you have been through the checkout process on the LeisureBench website and confirmed your furniture order, an order acknowledgement screen will appear. The order acknowledgement screen includes an order reference number. We recommend that you print out this page so you can refer back to it. You will also receive a confirmation email to the email address provided whilst making your order.
