I have missed my delivery, what happens now?

Don’t worry, if a courier attempts to deliver your furniture when no one is home or in the office for trade customers, they'll leave a card to let you know. If you have specified a designated safe place, they should leave your furniture where instructed. If, however, there isn't a suitable safe place or neighbour your furniture can be left with, the courier should try to deliver again the following day. All of your choices will be listed on the card along with a contact telephone number.
